CALIFORNIA WILDLIFE OCTOBER 2025

  Cooler temperatures and rain coming, brings us to a season of change. Hope all is well, continuing with local wildlife photographs from our local areas of California. This time around brings  hummingbirds, update on the albino black tail fawn, raptors, and a meeting with a song dog puppy, and more..

Over the years I have lived near many white tailed kites, and shared their photos. These are all white tailed kites. They roost every year around this time showing up in the evenings. The most I have seen at once was 18, though many are flying sometimes with rodent in talons... Recent
